From problem to platform

The challenge

Lenders and collection teams often track repayments across spreadsheets, phone calls, and disconnected tools, making it hard to spot overdue accounts or repeat defaulters before they become a bigger problem. LinePulse needed a single platform that gave collection agents and managers real-time visibility into every loan, in a language their on-ground teams were comfortable working in.

Our approach

We built LinePulse as a focused collections platform centered on real-time visibility. Every payment updates instantly across the dashboard, and the system automatically flags overdue loans and repeat defaulters so agents can prioritize outreach instead of hunting for it. To support collection teams across different regions, we localized the entire interface into English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Telugu.
